Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so 48 hours in advance to receive full refund. If you cancel your appointment with Angela less than 48 hours before, no refund is given.

If you need to reschedule a session with Angela, (as we understand things come up) please contact Angela by email at: info.angelachapko@gmail.com. A 1 time rescheduling session is given to those who need to cancel.
You are given a coupon credit that is good for 6 months to rebook your session. After 6 months and you have not rescheduled the the reading, the reading credit is no longer valid. 

In the case Angela is to cancel a session on her behalf due to a circumstance, you will be fully refunded your session amount or you can reschedule with Angela for a different time. There are no refunds on gift certificates. No refunds on discounted readings or bundles. 

No extensions are given on expired gift certificates.

Gift certificates are good up to 5 years after issuing date.

If Angela had to cancel the session and you do not wish to reschedule and you would like a full refund, You can request a full refund up to 14 days after the cancellation date. If You have not requested a refund from the 14 days of the cancellation date your refund is forfeited.
